"We stayed in the resort for two days. I had great expectations from all the positive reviews. Our room floor was very sticky on the day of our arrival. Also the swing bed was just kept on the floor. The next day we asked the hotel staff to please clean the room and mop the floor. They had the whole day to do that. When we came back in the evening expecting a clean room, it was not even opened to even clear the dustbin. When we complained, a half hearted brooming was done. There is no in house restaurant. The breakfast buffet ( not a buffet spread) had just 3 or 4 items of sub par taste. The ayurvedic spa or reiki were not available. On our whole stay, we did not see anyone cleaning the swimming pool. Only good thing about the hotel was that it had decent parking, hot water and some scenic views."

"Good hotel for the cost, restaurant next door serving simple and tasty food. Be ready for an early start as the temple across the road blares out music from 5am."

"Rooms are big. AC is not upto the mark. TV options are good. Restaurant makes fresh food, but not 24 hours. Valet parking available. Car can be parked in the basement. Check in and check out are quick. Overall OK for a short stay. "

"It was an amazing experience but the AC in room was not high enough and when I try to lower the temperature,I noticed that beyond some temperature, I couldn't lowered down from my remote. I could have called front desk and since it was at midnight,I really sleepy and don't want to wakeup. That was the only negative experience which I encountered,apart from these everything including hospitality,food were awesome especially hats off to the location.I have to shout out some of the names like Rajkumari ,..in the restaurant did excellent service."
