The only think to be aware of is that the Villa is on a main road, and very close to the railway line which is very noisy throughout the night and did rather spoil our stay. The villa is great for that, right on the beach and a tuktuk ride away from the next town. It had everything we needed: 2 good bedrooms and full working kitchen.
