On s'y sent bien.La forêt, les parcs à proximité, en plus des jardins de la propriété et de la piscine rafraîchissante, nous préservent des fortes chaleurs.L'emplacement de l'habitation permet de visiter de beaux châteaux, Chenonceau, Chambord, le Clos Lucé..., mais également de se baigner dans les lacs tels que l'Étang-du-Puits, l'Étang-du-Bois et de profiter de leurs plages aménagées.
