Property was not ready upon arrival even when arriving four hours past the check-in time. No check instructions were sent. Had to contact the manager of the property. People at the house said they would give us the entrance code never received it and had to keep knocking to get let in. Since we had spotty service couple days later finally received a message from the manager with the code. Left a day early after feeling like it wasn’t my reservation.
