"Yes shops near by. Stayed at your location because it was easy access to St. Jospeh's Hospital . Staff was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe with the underground parking situation. I thought the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed Keurig machine with many coffees and lattes. we will recommend this hotel to others and would stay again anytime. "

"The ONLY complaint we have,and I’m positive the staff would have addressed it promptly had we been staying another night, is ants on the night stand. This was our third hotel in four days in the SeaTac area due to flight cancellations, and the other two left much to be desired. So happy to have experienced BW’s clean rooms, pleasant and extremely helpful staff, and their amazing breakfast! The folks that kept the breakfast bar tidy and full were so cordial and smily! This place is basically a rent by the hour with a landlord special want to be face lift pain job- AND the beds were SO SMALL! The "queen bed" was actually a full (we literally measured them) Rather than try to fix the issue they told me and I specifically quote so you can understand the audacity "you have no idea what you are talking about" The way I did not unpack a single bag stayed in the car and booked elsewhere...
