"Overall, I’d stay here again. The staff was super nice & I think they’re doing some upgrades but you wouldn’t know because it’s so quiet. We had a room on the 1st floor & never heard our neighbors upstairs or beside us. I would recommend brining an air freshener; my part of the room smelled of weed (though it was a non smoking room). I think because the last rooms on the floor were smoking. Also, bring extra pillows; we only got 2. It’s convenient to a lot of food options; Publix is up the road...

"I give this property 4 stars because if you are looking at hotels in this price range, you will already know you aren't expecting the luxury that twice the price will get you. It's clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and the TV has plenty of good channels. No complaints. For the price, I will be staying here again."

"The only thing I didn’t like was that when we got there and checked our room it wasn’t what it was supposed to be from what we purchased on Expedia it was suppose to be one king bed and instead of it being what we booked for it was two beds instead and it’s only two beds throughout the entire hotel."

The reviews for this place were decent when I was booking as well and I feel extremely misled. "First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. "Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

"We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat."
