"During check- In There was a Internal Error on the original room booked, kuddos to Justina from Puerto Rico as she was amazing on resolving the issue in a timely manner, after a 22+ Drive from Tx with a exhausted 2yr old, after our flight was cancelled. Certainly Dealing with booking issues was the last thing we wanted! So we do appreciate the fast accommodation so we could get some rest after a long drive and the being placed in a quiet, clean and spacious room. Staff was helpful, courteous and quick to respond to guest needs, the water park was amazing our little one enjoyed himself very much We didn’t get Taste the food or explore the entire property, however it is our plan to do so on our next family trip to Orlando."

"The outdoor pool is nice"

"Everything from checkin, service to checkout was good. Only issue was drainage from the bathtub. The drain pipes are not sized correctly causing clogs in tub while you shower. Rooms were clean and nice."

"I would have liked a small broom in my room and swiffer for small spills and messes with kids. All the staff was very pleasant and answered any questions."

"Everything about the stay is great . From check in ,room , room service, breakfast,shuttle and Walmart is at walkable distance. Fresh towels were provided daily and breakfast had hot items as well I liked the burritos and egg spinach bites a lot."
