"It was a weekend for mom’s and son’s to spend together for a baseball tournament at Lake Mrytle Sports Complex. It worked for the weekend. The bedrooms were small but fine. Beds are fulls and not queens. The bathrooms both could use some TLC. The dining room table could use a light above the table cause the house becomes very dark once the sun goes down. We made the best of it but over all it was OK."

"There are some great aspects to this rental, for us it was location and the pool amenity. Unfortunately, the pool was not operational (film on top, dirty on bottom) and hadn't been prior to our arrival, but it was also not addressed, during our stay. Disappointing. We ended up spending money to access a pool at Margaritaville. Additionally, there were a number of light bulbs out and there were not any paper towels, kitchen towels or tools provided to clean up. "We stayed here related to work for hurricane Milton. This is a lovely home with everything you need. The property manager answered the phone anytime I had a question. And was very polite. Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email. The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise. Every one we passed would wave back at us or say hello. It’s minutes away from Publix and WalMart and the downtown lake...

"We have rented for years around this same area and have never had the accommodations that this house did! They went above and beyond supplying you with everything you needed for the week! The grill and outside bathroom was great to have too! Communication with the owner was phenomenal as well! Would recommend this house times 10 to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation!"
