Cosy unit, everything provided. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Fully equiped kitchen. Great location close to shops and attractions ie zoo, motat, Eden Park.

Good communication with the owner. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location is really good. close to Pt. Chev and Mt. Albert. We could only stay one night.

The apartment was cheerful and clean. Comfortable bed. I could not find any instructions on use of the property. In particular, I needed instructions for operating the hob. After searching the internet I found that the diameter of the pot has to be wide enough to match the heating area of the hob. The small pots are not wide enough.

Small & poky, stuffed with furniture.

My stay started with not receiving the check in instructions, which the owner subsequently provided upon request. Upon arriving at the property, it was smaller than expected so I contacted Expedia with a request to cancel following our first night of 6 booked. I did suggest paying for two nights, cancelling the remaining 4 with a refund being provided. In the morning I messaged the owner with a similar request and stated that the property was too small for our need. Her response was shockingly rude for someone in the service industry and she was not willing to compromise by providing a refund. She also ignored Expedia’s attempts to negotiate such that my request was closed with no remedial action being taken. The property is very small and crammed with furniture which, when moving internationally, was not suitable for our needs; we stated this as our reason to cancel. There are passive aggressive signs on everything and the shower has timed hot water - not that either of us take 10 minute showers. The property is ok for a one night stay, if on business/a temporary need, but I would not recommend for tourists or for long stays.
