Evidence of smoking, partying and/or reports of excessive noise from security as a result of complaints from neighbors will be cause for cancellation of your reservation, cessation of your stay without refund and incur additional charges of up to $1000. Plus, a fine of $500 to $1000 will be strictly implemented for any noise complaints.
