The apartment was spacious and in great condition. Was in town for a concert, family birthday and football match and this location was perfect for all three events.

Really good location, quite noisy at night due to K road literally being 20 metres away, however if you are aware of this then it doesn’t come as unexpected. 25 min walk to the viaduct which is an easy walk. Bathrooms modern and clean, house could do with a paint inside it looked a bit tired. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property is simply on a building site. Generators start at 7:30 am through to 4:30pm. You should not be offering this to the market or at least heavily discounting the rates and communicating the reality of the location
