The Space:

Set slightly below the road, the home enjoys a sense of peace and privacy, with a cooler aspect that’s especially welcome over summer. Inside, the spaces feel crisp and contemporary, with an open-plan living area that flows out to a sheltered, private deck surrounded by greenery — a lovely spot to unwind after a day at the beach.



There are three double bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, making it well suited to families or small groups. A concrete driveway and off-street parking allow for simple, stress-free self check-in.



The location is a real highlight: wander through the reserve for a morning swim, stroll to nearby cafés and restaurants, or spend long, relaxed days on Onetangi’s beautiful shoreline. It’s comfortable, well-located, and ideal for a relaxed island beach break.



Other Things to Note:

Property is not pet-friendly; strictly no dogs allowed. We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
