The check in was so nice and easy. Very caring staff, even she changed my room upon request. Main thing was pet was allowed as I had to take my dog for 8.30am appointment and I am out of Auckland. Room was great! Nice n clean. Have booked again.

The bed was comfortable, which was great. Although the room wasn't cleaned very well. It also had a weird smell. The toilet bowl didn't look very clean and the room hadn't been vacuumed properly. I couldn't tell reception this at the time as I was too busy. The walls at the hotel are really thin, as we had people in a room next to us and they were so loud, talking at 2am and again at 6am, constantly, and I could hear their conversation clearly. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite - very spacious, 2 singles in one room, queen in the other n fold out sofa. My only conplaint is the noise from other patrons - obviously not the hotels fault just foljs not being considerate. Otherwise, clean and spacious for a family of 5
