Situated on a centrally located and beautifully peaceful 10 acre lifestyle block, Fairview is a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Space:
The sunny 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, brand new bathroom and comfortable lounge area features all the comforts and modern conveniences such as a smart TV, premium quality linen and every detail considered for an enjoyable stay. The well known vineyards and restaurants on the island are among the finest in New Zealand with stunning beaches, hiking, golf and water activities all within easy reach of this lovely holiday accommodation.

Bed configuration: 1 queen bed.

Please note: A $120 exit cleaning and a $25 per person fee applies to all bookings. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 5 nights between Christmas and early January, 3 nights holiday weekends 2 nights other times. The property is accessed down a long gravel road from the main road. One night bookings accepted between May 1st and mid October with a $25.00 surcharge.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
