"Ive stayed here a few times and it never disappoints, staff are always super friendly & helpful, so 5 star customer service, especially with the check in staff, amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean, bed & pillows super comfy. I would highly recommend the Junior suite with balcony, my favorite room here. New train station in town only 5 minutes walk from hotel, super handy & convenient. Great work team, as always, great service 👍"

"Central city hotel that was easy to find, our room was spacious and clean with wet room bathroom so no need to climb into a bath to have a shower. Some road noise but rooms are back from Hobson St so not too bad (double glazing would help) There's limited onsite parking and as there was work being done on the front of the Hotel the contractors seem to take most of the parks. Hopefully once completed that will free up. Easy to walk to central Queens St etc (10min) and we found lots of restaurants at K Road (20 min) We will remember to stay again as Hotel is reasonably priced and ticks all the boxes. We didn't try the breakfast offering."

"Staff was helpful when we raised an issue on our bedroom musty smell and was giving me light headache after two days, they arranged to move us to their newly renovated room. The new room was great. The breakfast was very nice. Good food selection and helpful staff."
