Beautifully crafted and elegantly furnished you will feel at home from the very moment you walk through the door of this beautifully presented holiday property. The light and bright open plan living/dining area features plenty of seating, a gas fire and a professionally equipped kitchen all opening through french doors to lovely outdoor spaces. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the main house and a fifth bedroom with ensuite in the luxury style "sleep out". The house has been fitted with quality fixtures and furnishings throughout with every detail considered.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Ma'nea Villa is a premier property to explore the island, relax and forget the world!

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - single bed with single trundler, Bedroom 4 - queen bed, Bedroom 4 - queen bed (external access with ensuite bathroom)

Charming & comfortable Waiheke bach

A gorgeous well-appointed house that lives up to its photos and description. It comfortably accommodated our two families of four. The sleepout in the garden offers a great secluded option for a couple or teen retreat. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes around - to future guests, we would strongly recommend to turn on the plug-in repellant diffusers that are supplied in the bedrooms in the late afternoon to avoid unwanted biting visitors overnight. Overall a beautiful place to stay.

Absolutely stunning house it was perfect for our weekend trip and will be booking again. The studio is a perfect extra and the house is beautifully decorated with a fantastically set up kitchen great for large numbers. It just needs a spa pool to make it better!
