✧ Walk down to Mission Bay township and beach to make the best of the location: 2 mins drive or 10 min walk

✧ Take a walk on stunning Tamaki Drive and enjoy the views of the Waitamata Harbour and Hauraki Gulf.

✧ Go for a swim at St Helliers or Mission Bay beaches as spring and summer are now upon us. Kohiamarama and Okahu Bays are lovely as well!

✧ Walk around some of the amazing local parks and enjoy the New Zealand native birds, unique to these islands they are living treasures.

✧ Go out for lunch or dinner at some of the amazing cafes, bars, and restaurants in Mission Bay, St Helliers, Parnell, and Newmarket.

✧ Get the bus or the train into the Brittomart Station in the CBD, and check out the new Commercial Bay Mall and food court. Have a wander up High Street and pop into Smith & Caughey.

✧ Visit the Auckland Museum to see the history of the flora, fauna, and culture of Aotearoa/New Zealand. See the finest collection of Maori Artifacts and textiles. There is a great interactive kids section and a newly purchased T-Rex to visit! Enjoy the Auckland Domain and Winter Gardens outside.

✧ Visit the Auckland Art Gallery to see a full survey of Maori, Pacific, and European Art from pre-contact until the 21st century. There are paintings, sculptures, and multi-media art. This venue is also child friendly with an interactive children's area.

✧ Go up the Sky Tower to get the best panoramic views of Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf. Go on a clear fine day to get the best of your admission.

✧ Support: In the unlikely event you have an issue with the apartment, we always respond very quickly to guests' messages so be assured you're in good hands.

✦ Neighbours are super close by. Our guests are required to respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighbourhood.

✦ Please note that this listing does not include breakfast - there are plenty of cafes in Mission Bay and St Helliers to enjoy.

Longer Stays:

- Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
