DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

they took my money back in June 2017 and then told us 1 day before due that they are no longer doing it on the other hand a big thanks to Hotel .com they came to the party and sorted it all out

Take it off your stay list

This is a sham, no accommodation here, No one to contact, they take your money and add a cleaning bill and offer no where for you to stay - I would advise nobody to ever stay here, Expedia and Wotif need to go view these properties before recommend dig them!!!

Stay away from here

Owner on site so shared facility so extremely false advertising. No info given on how to get in despite repeated contact this caused significant stress as we were going to an event & short on time. Found house is left unlocked so not secure. Doors hard to open as broken. Bathroom filthy ironically I was told we couldn'tget in early as they need time to clean what a joke!! No door on the shower. Bedrooms are obviously hired out separately but not advertised as such I took it that we would have the house to ourselves otherwise I wouldn't have booked it..rooms are very dated with wallpaper coming off. Beds are rock hard and pillows flat lumpy & no support..

I payed 6month before check in,but never tell me how to go in this house.not refound.So I loose 4 night pay ment.Fortunately We arrive early we can find another place to stay.

Would not recommend this to anyone.

The door was chained from the inside so we wete bot able to gain entry. There was no lock on the bedroom door, curtain tracks were brocken, cobwebs in the room. The kitchen had dirty dished and mouldy breadrolls. We slept for 4 hours and left, didnt want to spend any extra time than absolutely necessary.

Not what is advertised

I booked 3 rooms in this 4 bedroom house primarily as it was advertised that there was a free shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately for us, this was not the case as we found out when I went to book the times. The house was of average condition. Didn't look as though it had been cleaned in some time. Ironically even though we booked 3 rooms, and there was already guests in the 4th bedroom, we had another person turn up saying that they had booked a room as well. Go figure! Bags of rubbish were in a kitchen cupboard, and we had to BYO toilet paper! The location was pretty good. A bus stop out side the front door (which did get a bit noisy), but there was a selction of asian restaurants and dairys just a short walk away. Dirty water was in the bottom of the spa which was the first thing that saw when you entered the fenced area. The bed was shocking.. rocked everytime we moved and only a 3 seater couch for a potential of 8 people. Basic, Dry, but not cosy.

What the hell a Scam

Message: Mount Roskill Questhouse We never heard from this booking phoned the number 20 times, we went there today the house was all closed up and nothing like the photos, I book about 5 hotels a week and have never had this happen I like it's a scam and I'm not happy I hope they haven't taken funds off our credit card please look into this as it's URGENT thanks
