Summary:
Pah Road Estate is a 3-dwelling coastal estate above Onetangi Beach with sea views, 9 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The booking includes The Pah, The Cottage and Number 5 on one private block of land, with lawns, outdoor areas, two full kitchens, onsite parking and walking access down a neighbouring track to Onetangi Beach.
The Space:
Pah Road Estate is set above Onetangi Beach with sea views and a layout designed for larger groups. The property is made up of three separate dwellings on one block of land, giving guests shared outdoor space as well as separate accommodation areas.
The Pah
The Pah is the main house and includes four bedrooms, two living areas, a full kitchen, indoor dining, an open fireplace for guest use and north-facing patios.
The main lounge faces the coastline and has clear sea views. Large openings connect the living areas to the outdoor patios and lawn areas.
The Pah has four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, clear sea views
Bedroom 2: Super king bed, can be split into singles on request, plus 1 single bed, clear sea views
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with bunk bed, clear sea views
Bedroom 4: Double bed, no sea views
The bunk bed is suitable for children only.
The Pah has one full bathroom and one ensuite. The ensuite includes a claw-foot bath and open shower. The main bathroom includes a double shower.
The Cottage
The Cottage is a separate dwelling on the estate and provides additional sleeping space.
Bedroom 5: Super king bed
Bedroom 6: Two sets of bunk beds
The bunk beds are suitable for children only.
The Cottage has one full bathroom. It does not have a kitchen.
Number 5
Number 5 is a separate, fully self-contained dwelling on the same estate. It includes three bedrooms, an ensuite, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, a full kitchen, open-plan living and dining, and an outdoor deck.

Bedroom 8: King bed
Bedroom 9: King bed
All beds in Number 5 can be split into singles on request. Bed splitting must be arranged in advance.
Across the full estate there are 9 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and a half bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the estate, including The Pah, The Cottage, Pah 5, surrounding lawns, outdoor terraces and shared entertaining areas.
Each main accommodation area is self-contained, giving groups the option to gather together or use separate spaces during the stay.
Onsite parking is available.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and will be confirmed closer to the stay. These options are not available when there is a same-day guest changeover.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is approximately 20 km long. Pah Road Estate is well placed for accessing Onetangi Beach, vineyards, restaurants and other key island areas.
Onsite parking is available for guests bringing a car.
Taxis and rideshare services operate across the island, but availability can be limited during peak periods. Regular bus services run along the main routes and stop near the bottom of Onetangi Road.
A car or pre-booked transport is recommended for winery visits, evening dining and guests who prefer not to walk back up to the elevated estate.
Other Things to Note:
This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
For properties with a fireplace, stays between 1 June and 30 September include a starter supply of firewood. Additional firewood can be purchased from local petrol stations, Woolworths, Four Square, and Mitre 10.
Beach towels are provided at properties with an available pool or spa. Guests staying at properties without a pool or spa will need to bring their own beach towels.
Minimum stays apply: seven nights from mid-December to mid-January, three nights on holiday weekends, and two nights at all other times.
The estate runs on rainwater tanks, so mindful water use is important throughout your stay. Waiheke Island relies heavily on tank systems, and being conscious of showers, laundry, and outdoor use helps support the home’s sustainability and ensures consistent supply during drier months.
Both houses at Pah Road Estate are fully self-contained and sit on a private elevated section. The properties are connected by shared outdoor areas and expansive lawns, giving large groups the space to spread out while still holidaying together.

Our team is available seven days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with after hours support for urgent matters.
