We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids more so as they didn't have to leave to go to beach to swim ...it was within reach of supermarkets and restuarants ...will surely be back

Great location except the port could be noisy at night if you were a lite sleeper. Apartment was nice and roomy. A few extra blankets or throws would have been nice as it was a bit cold unless you had the heating cranked up. Easy 20 min walk to Britomart and same up to Parnell so location was excellent with amazing views
