Bright and large space for a shoulder season visit

Quiet neighborhood, nice beds, clean linens, and well appointed kitchen. Large backyard with two seatings areas and lots of natural light.Three things against it:1. When we booked the listing showed AC, however the property does not have HVAC. In the summer or winter the property would be uncomfortable likely. As it was we kept the windows open at night to cool the house down 2. Shower didn't drain properly, leading to overflow onto the floor -- we just used towels to prevent puddles 3. No bug screens on windows/doors and no AC meant we had around a dozen spiders in the house over the course of a week.
