Essentially the Flat you stay in is not what is in the photo, it is a little 3bedroom granny flat at the back of the house. The owners are actually living in the property that is on the photos, and use the driveway for their cars, so you have to park your rental car on the road. Good supply of hot water, enough for everyone to shower.
