"Nice hotel with all the amenities. Nice restaurant. I really wanted to love this hotel but we had so many issues I just can’t. When we arrived at 3 pm our room wasn’t ready and kept getting different excuses. Finally got in at 4pm which wasn’t great after 2 days of flying. Then that night at 5:00 in the morning, someone got into our room with a key. Thankfully we had the safety latch on so they could only open it a few inches but for seniors to be woken in the middle of the night like that was unacceptable and quite scary. Then the next morning when we went down for breakfast which was paid for with our room and they didn’t have us on the list, so we knew something was up. Approached the front desk and found they had us as a no show so the middle of the night intrusion was because they gave our room to someone else. Which caused the next problem. When we went up to our room after our meeting with the manager our key no longer worked. Took them a while to figure that one out. Figured we were done with problems but then again the next morning we were not listed at the breakfast again…another oversight. Which incurred more apologies. I don’t think I have ever had so many apologies in the course of two days that never amounted to much. Apologies are fine but when problems keep occurring it becomes irrelevant. So again I loved everything about this hotel except the customer service so therefore hate to say that I cannot recommend it! "
