This house is amazing! They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. The gite is very well fenced if you bring a dog and is great for dog walks very close to the gite. The village is lovely, an Aldi very near. Easy walk to the beach. Very quiet area. We will return next year. Thank you very much!

Une location idéalement placée pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon. Située au calme. Une maison agencée avec très bon goût, très pratique, impeccablement tenue. On a envie d'y vivre. Des propriétaires très attentifs aux locataires. On a même été accueillis avec les décorations de Noël ! Vraiment super! On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Super location, idéale si vous avez un chien. A 20m de la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du bassin et à 300m d'un loueur de vélo. Décoration sympathique, bien équipée, nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Petite maison d’une propreté irréprochable, merveilleusement décorée et parfaitement équipée. Petit jardin très agréable et parfaitement agencé. Tout est très mignon dans ce décor. C’est l’endroit idéal pour visiter la région. La maison est à deux pas de toutes les commodités, ce qui ne gâche rien ! Nous ne connaissions pas ce coin, mais quelle belle découverte ! Tout donne envie d’y revenir !

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette formidable location. L’équipement, l’ameublement et la décoration sont de très bon goût. L’emplacement, la tranquillité, l’extérieur sont au top. Avec ces températures, la climatisation était la cerise sur le gâteau. L’accueil d’Amandine qui a pris le soin et le temps de nous présenter la maison et les activités autour du bassin et plus, ainsi que le contact avec Samuel le jour du départ, ont été très appréciés. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Cloé, Simon, Nathalie, Sébastien, Ernest(le chien)

Un très bon séjour !.. dans une maison parfaitement décorée !..il ne manquait rien . Amandine et Samuel sont super gentil ! Maison à louer sans crainte avec une propreté exemplaire !… la climatisation était au rendez-vous avec cette chaleur !.un endroit tranquille à 4 mn de la piscine d eau de mer ,des commerces et piste cyclable à sortie de maison ! Accueil de la propriétaire au top. La maison est très bien situé entre Arcachon et le Cap Ferret. De plus elle est à proximité de la piste cyclable et de la forêt pour des balades en toute quiétude. La maison est décorée avec goût et il ne manque rien. Je la recommande.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison bien équipée et très bien décorée. Très bonne communication avant notre arrivée avec l'hôte qui nous a laissé un vélo et un BBQ non mentionnés dans l'annonce. Très apprécié. La région est très agréable , il y a de quoi faire des courses à proximité, ainsi que des balades à pied dans le centre d'Audenge. Quelques petits points à signaler cependant. Une énorme maison est en construction juste derriere le gîte. Certes les travaux ont été stoppés pendant notre séjour pour ne pas nous gêner et nous n'avons pas eu de vis à vis mais quand cette maison sera terminée et habitée, je ne vois pas comment les futurs locataires pourront passer un moment tranquille sur la terrasse. Les voisins pourront aussi se régaler en plongeant le regard par la fenêtre de la salle de bains et celle des toilettes... Vu la taille du terrain, il aurait peut être fallu décaler de plusieurs metres la nouvelle maison pour laisser de l'espace aux 2 maisons.

Des propriétaires très charmants et accueillants. Une maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût dans un quartier calme et agréable. Très proche du centre et du port d'Audenge. La piste cyclable passe à côté de la maison! Dès notre arrivée, on se sent comme à la maison. Amandine a pris du temps pour nous expliquer les choses à faire dans la région, nous donner les bons plans. Elle est très à l'écoute des locataires et toujours disponible. Une location à réserver les yeux fermés dans une région magnifique.

Très agréable logement, très propre, très bien équipé à tous les niveaux (intérieur, extérieur), un ensemble de qualité, avec une situation parfaite pour visiter l'ensemble du bassin. De plus Amandine et Samuel sont agréables, gentils et à l'écoute des locataires.
