Couper l'herbe, retirer les toiles d'araignées et réparer les meubles cassés semblent être pourtant un minimum. "Suppose to be a 4 star property , upon checked in was given a pile of bedsheets and towels to climb 2 floors to the apartment. Was told that we need to lug these bedsheets and towels after the stay back to their office. In addition cleaning of the property is also required by us. Otherwise a charge of 65€ will be charged We found cockroaches on the ceiling and in the toilets. "

Staff, food both great but the room was a disaster
"The hotel staff and the food were excellent but there was an issue with the room. We booked a club room with balcony as per Hotels. Com website. On arrival we’re told the club rooms did not have balconies so I asked for a room with a balcony. It was a pool view but it was also a huge building site view within 20 metres. A massive crane was within 10 meters of the balcony working from 8 to 5.30. Very noisy indeed. I had to pay extra for this room over the original. I am not sure the hotel should be selling these rooms currently. I could carry on a conversation with the builders without shouting. I did discuss the problem at reception but was told there was nothing to be done. "
