Spacious perigordine in champètre environment.

The house is located at the entrance of the village on a plot of 3000 m2. No joint ownership. Many terraces for sunbathing or enjoying the sweetness of the temperature for the evening meal. A pool of 40 m2 with sunbathing.
Very nice house for 8 people, very spacious. The rooms are far from each other. The dining room next to the kitchen and terrace with pergola overlooking the private pool and secure.

Charming and lovely house
Very nice house with lots of charm and with many stairs. Great pool and cosy outdoor area with view over the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Very quiet area. We were welcomed by a nice host who also came when we left. Nice town nearby with supermarket and traditional market some day of the week. Absolutely a house we can recommend. We stayed for 1 week (2 adults and 2 children of 12 and 16 years of age).

Vacances dans le Périgord
Nous avons loué cette charmante maison Périgourdine pour une semaine de vacances en famille. Nous avons été accueillis pour son sympathique propriétaire. La maison est très agréable avec ses multiples terrasses et sa piscine. Il y règne un calme reposant. La maison est très bien équipé et le propriétaire habitant non loin reste disponible au besoin. De plus la situation géographique est un atout. Vous serez proche de mal d’attraction touristique ( grottes, châteaux, jardins, villages,…) Le gouffre de Proumeyssac est même à quelques mètres à pieds. Nous recommandons cette maison et espérons nous-mêmes y retourner dans le futur.

Belle maison très bien située
Nous avons passés une semaine dans cett belle et grande, qui est superbement située pour visiter une partie de la Dordogne. D’autre part, elle est située prés de toutes commodités, tout en étant au calme. Un petit bémol pour l’état général de la maison, qui mériterait un rafraîchissement. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et sympa, ainsi que le voisinage.

Un séjour formidable
Prestations conformes à la description. Cadre magnifique et trés accueillant. Toute la famille a été enchantée. Tous ont manifesté le désir de pouvoir y revenir ultérieurement. Petites suggestions : l'amélioration des chaises (terrasse et cuisine) et l'appoint de ventilateurs seraient trés appréciés.

Excellent séjour
Tres bonne situation en Dordogne, tres nombreuses visites dans un rayon de 50km. Maison spacieuse bien équipée, relativement récente, style Périgord. Piscine très bien entretenue. 4 chambres avec respectivement 1 lit 160, 1 lit 140, 2 lits 90, 2 lits 90. 2 sdb confortables. 2wc indépendants. Calme tout autour, tout en étant près des commerces indispensables. Petites promenades à pied également possibles. A savoir (pour enfants en bas âge et PMR), petits escaliers ou dénivelés à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de la maison. Réseau internet très faible mais la 4G Orange passe très bien. Accueil parfait et contact assuré en cas de besoin.

Fantastisk område, dejligt hus!
Meget idyllisk område. Stort hus som opfylder behovene til den store familie. Udeområderne var eminente. Alain var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Vi kommer gerne tilbage hertil og anbefaler bestemt huset og området til andre feriegæster.

Belle propriétée en plein Périgord.
Très belle propriétée en plein Périgord. Propriétée très calme. L'hôte est très sympa, très accessible, arrangeant et accueillant. La piscine est vraiment bien, dommage qu on ne puisse l éclairer le soir. Je trouve juste qu un effort devrait être fait sur la vétusté de l'électroménager et que ce dernier devrait être adapté aux nombres d'hôtes.
