This place was perfectly located to serve as a central location. The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting. The owner was absolutely delightful and responsive to my communications. Best of all, the owner really prepares for guests in a manner that demonstrates how welcome you are to stay there."

"Appealing inn in village setting. Enjoyed a satisfying and beautifully prepared dinner after a long day on the road and sightseeing, and found our room a quiet and clean and restful retreat. The staff was uniformly excellent and made their American guests feel entirely welcome and at home. Our reasonably priced room was bit small, and the bed itself, a European double so itself a bit small for me, had a puffy mattress cover with rounded edges that forced one toward the middle- we found ourselves missing our firm queen bed at home. But this is nitpicking. It was a great experience. We would love to come back!"

"Fantastic for the price. Went for a wedding in a nearby hotel so was looking for a place to lay the head. The rooms were on the smaller side but still plenty of room to relax and change. Bed was very comfy and everything was well presented. TV in the rooms with tea coffee facility and a hair dryer. Even a couple of wee chocolate mints and a bottle of fresh water. I would have no issues staying again!"
