"We loved our room overlooking the river to watch the swans. It was only a short walk to the many pubs and restaurants. Reception staff were fantastic."

"I found this property to be very conveniently located. And all of the staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. The one thing I would say is to be aware that electricity and power at this location are not as updated as other hotels on the east side of Ireland and to be prepared and feel comfortable to ask questions as I did. From check-in to check out every question I had was answered far beyond what I needed to know and I greatly appreciated all the help."

"The room was fine but the air conditioning was really noisy. Breakfast was average. Im gluten intolerant and although gluten free bread was available there were no other pastries etc.. I asked a member of staff if the sausages were gluten free and she didn't know so I ended up not having them. These are small things but they matter"

"The property was quite spacious and nice, Though there were 2 bathrooms one with standing shower and the other with tub, there were serious issues with water pressure in the bathroom with tub effectively making it unusable except for the WC."

"Nice fresh room with good size comfortable bed but very small shower room. The facilities are good and there is a car park at extra charge. Very central for Sligo. We did eat in the restaurant but did have a drink in the bar ( barman could have a little training in customer service nothing bad but a little blunt). I would recommend and will stay again. "

"We got a warm welcome from the staff at reception when we arrived which set the scene for a lovely relaxed stay. Our room was clean, well equipped, quiet with a nice view of the garden. We had a nice evening meal in the bar restaurant with excellent service and our breafast was all we could wish for. Wish we were able have stayed a bit longer. Will definitely be back. "
