"Die Unterkunft ist sauber und CheckIn CheckOut waren problemlos und einfach. Jedoch war der HerdBackofen kaputt, die einzige Lampe am Bett auch. Zugang zum Bett nur krabbelnd ĂŒber das Fußende möglich. "Zentrumsnah" ist auch sehr relativ, sind schon einige Straßenbahnstationen... Ist fĂŒr eins zwei NĂ€chte ok, aber wer richtig Urlaub machen möchte, wĂ€re enttĂ€uscht. "

"Voller Vorfreude sind wir diese Reise nach Augsburg angetreten, doch wurden wir schon beim Einchecken enttĂ€uscht. Diese Unterkunft war noch belegt. Es lag anscheinend eine Doppelbuchung vor (was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann wie soetwas passieren kann). Bei Arbio angerufen, hat man mich MEHRMALS vertröstet, dass sie der Sache auf den Grund gehen und sich sofort zurĂŒckmelden. Leider musste ich dort stĂŒndlich anrufen, weil man mir 3x gesagt hatte, dass "weiter daran gearbeitet wird"....
