Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owner's closet. . Access is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.

This comfortably furnished home features 2 queen bedrooms with smart TVs. There are two full bathrooms, a laundry closet, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private patio area located off of the living room.

There is one dedicated space for the unit, but there are multiple guest spaces right next to the dedicated space. You will need a car to best navigate the Augusta area.

Manager/owner is a licensed real estate Broker in GA and SC. There will be a $40 fee per pet staying in the home. Pets are limited to 25lbs per complex policy. Anyone smoking inside or outside the property will incur a $750 fine.
