"The staff at this property, sincerely made it a pleasure to stay at. While traveling to attend a film premiere, I needed to check in early and although my room was not ready, The front desk staff made it a point to be able to get me into a room to ensure I would make it in time for the premiere. The extra step meant a lot, and I would happily book again not only because it was clean and convenient to many locations in the Waterville downtown area, but because they made it a point to make sure my stay was pleasant."

"Great staff and place. Was busy when we checked in (I thought was late) staff was kind to help us with wifi that didn’t seem to work in our room. We changed rooms (with no issue) and all was well! Great restful and comfortable stay!"
