The property is awesome but could use a little attention to detail. Upon greeting it would be nice to learn of the properties amenities (I.e. tennis courts with lessons available). Which restaurants are open when, and some visitor conveniences would be nice - snorkel gear, tennis rackets. The toilets by the beach should be checked regularly for cleanliness.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, but the staff is incompetent. They are nice and not rude, they are just plain incompetent. Almost every order at restaurants or bars gets messed up.

Positives: - reception staff are extremely welcoming and helpful - the main pool is great - variety of food options at dinner buffet Negatives: - breakfast / dinner / poolside service is terrible, inefficient and chaotic (tables not cleared, food not replenished, no knives and forks etc) - management issue not the fault of any of the servers - generally quite dated look to the resort - rooms are too dark - no water to shower one evening - overpriced

Ok hotel - great pool and sun beds

Pools and sun bed area by the ocean are amazing. Breakfast is good and the restaurants are decent. The service is not that great but I would not expect much more from a hotel in Sicily. One thing that was a disappointment was the ”boat service” to Brucoli that didn’t go a single day during our stay due to bad weather. However the weather was fine and instead we had to take a taci for 20€. Overall good stay

Unfortunately the staff was very slow and unsafe. The food was way too expensive for the quality. The room was also very dusty and it hadn't been vacuumed once in 7 days. You had to clear the breakfast tables yourself to get a seat. In itself a very nice hotel but the service and cleanliness really need to be improved.

Very nice and calm place to stay. But unfortunately due to room service we were extremely disappointed. Even a cold drink get delivered two/three hours later. They don’t leave complementary water, tea bags or cups daily in room( are suppose to except more mild) Italians don’t have milk in tea so they don’t bother to leave any for guest who stay either. There is only shampoo and shower gel(no conditioner, no body lotion, toothpaste/toothbrush). The bed mattress is firm and excellent. It is very peaceful to stay there but unfortunately the room service lets the stay at this property down. When we stayed it was 46c Staff don’t check if guests are ok in this heat. No bathrobes on towels.

This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. Great honeymoon location. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Petit déjeuner assez bon, mais les jus (chimiques) et les eaux (médiocre qualité, verres sales) sont à revoir. Les tables ne sont pas redressées assez rapidement, ce qui laisse de nombreux clients en attente, et un visuel négligeant de tables sales. Le réapprovisionnement ne se fait pas jusque 10h30 (heure limite du petit déjeuner) et à partir de 10h, de nombreux produits manquent. Il n'y a plus de bols dès 9h30, idem avec les verres. Dommage, car avec quelques ajustements, le compte y serait.

Den ene deltok på dykkekurs, mens den andre koste seg med bassenget og solsengene ved havet. Maten var fantastisk, med stor variasjon i restaurantene alt fra sushi og pasta til pizza. Prisnivået var omtrent dobbelt så høyt som i Catania, men kvaliteten på mat var topp, så det føltes verdt pengene. Hotellet tilbød mange aktiviteter, og vi meldte oss blant annet på et pizzakurs – en 10/10 opplevelse! Claudia, en av lederne der, var utrolig flink med gjestene. Hun fortjener virkelig fem stjerner for sin innsats. Vi benyttet oss også av spa-avdelingen, som var utrolig behagelig og avslappende. Den eldste datteren min var veldig fornøyd med dykkekurset, selv om det selvfølgelig kostet litt ekstra. Stor takk til Lorenzo, hennes dykkeinstruktør, som kom hele veien fra Siracusa, og lærte henne det viktigste på noen få dager! Alt i alt var oppholdet så bra at vi definitivt kommer tilbake! Det eneste minuset var betalingssystemet. Vi opplevde flere ukjente trekk fra vår Visa-konto og ble i tillegg dobbelt belastet for city tax. Det var vanskelig å få oversikt over hva vi faktisk hadde brukt, siden vi ikke fikk kvitteringer på alle transaksjonene. Vi anbefaler derfor å følge nøye med på kontoen underveis i oppholdet. Anbefaling til hotellet å sende kvitteringer på mail for belastning av kortet, da det var ubehagelig å ta dette opp i resepsjonen.

Massive resort, nice location, poor room

It is an ok resort, but not with the extra finish line. We got a poor room compared with category (deluxe with sea view), it was no sea view, smaller than promised (not 25sqm), and no balcony or seating outside.

Beautiful hotel

We loved staying at Mangia's Brucoli. The staff was extremely service minded and professional, the hotel is beautiful and a perfect place so spend vacation days with out three kids. Several good restaurants as well

Beautiful resort with plenty to do. We had glorious weather and lived the pool areas and multiple access to the sea. Gym was great and we enjoyed all the dining options. We opted to to the wine tasting which was great - met some lovely people and the staff were great.
