Overall, poor late check-in experience, with staff expecting us to find a building 300m away and go to 2nd floor looking for a room, ourselves, until I demanded someone show us to the room. The room was only occupied room in an otherwise empty property, with run-down and old apartment, fixtures and fittings. security door was also not working properly and held open with a bar. Staff were not responsive during the restaurant, with expansive French food, with little/no choice for vegetarian options, save for a Thai dish. Breakfast was also expansive, but location was good (on cliff to English Channel) and about 70miles from Calais.

L'accueil est très sympatique. Le site est très beau (proche de la mer), dans le bois. Calme assuré. On a tres bien dormi. Le lodge n'est pas au même endroit que l'accueil donc prévoir de la marche ou de prendre la voiture pour le petit-déjeuner. Au niveau de l'hébergement il y a de la maintenance à prévoir: porte d'entrée et portes-fenêtres très dures à fermer, la protection du jacuzzi et du bain n'est plus automatique donc prévoir d'être 2 pour pousser manuellement. Enfin certains couverts étaient sales pour le petit-déjeuner. Plus de soin à apporter lors de la préparation de la salle.

Bonjour, nous sommes déçus. Le cadre est magnifique mais l hôtel nous a déçu. L accueil était très sympathique, mais la chambre était en dessous de nos attentes : pas de clim avec 35 ° . Trop chaud pour dormir dans une pièce où la température est bien montée. Déco avec des rideaux plastifiés pour la penderie .. idem pour les fenêtres. Nous n avons jamais pu régler la température de l eau pour la douche. Pas de miroir devant le lavabo. Une fenêtre sur la porte sans possibilité d occulter la lumière. Autant dire qu'il faisait jour tôt dans la pièce. Cela n aide pas pour dormir. Déjà qu on subissait la chaleur. Des fenêtres oscillo battantes permettraient d aérer un peu sans empêcher de tirer les rideaux.mais le plastique empêche l air de circuler.... Le petit dej est très bien mais l ergonomie de la zone de self n'est pas adaptée c est dommage.

Très décevant

Alors que nous nous attendions à un séjour agréable, au vu des commentaires très positifs, il a été au final très décevant. Arrivées à la réception nous sommes accueillies par une jeune femme très sympathique, qui un peu désemparée, s'excuse car elle n'est là que depuis 1 semaine. En effet, un mot avait été laissé pour nous changer de chambre ainsi que nous faire payer le séjour dès l'arrivée (au lieu de la fin) : évidemment, elle ne savait pas comme s'y prendre. Nous avions spécifié une chambre avec vue sur mer, mais nous avons été déplacées dans une chambre dans un bâtiment en forêt. Cette nouvelle chambre, pas aérée depuis longtemps, était très mal éclairée : car composée d'une seule fenêtre ... donnant sur la forêt. Le froid humide de la chambre a été impossible à faire partir et nous a menés toutes à un rhume. Le bain "jacuzzi" dont nous avions si hâte a été également décevant, car non seulement il n'y avait pas de savon prévu, mais dès son activation, une odeur d'égout s'en est échappé. Je pourrai également continuer et écrire sur les saletés trouvées sous les lits, mais nous avions déjà compris qu'à part les lits préparés, le ménage n'avait pas été fait, et personne n'était venu dans cette chambre depuis quelque temps ... Point positif : le restaurant. Le chef est excellent et se donne de la peine pour la présentation. Point négatif : suite à cette déception, nous avons carrément mis fin à nos vacances et nous sommes rentrées chez nous.

Sea view was marginal, reread the literature and you need the "panoramic view". Our view was between two buildings....... Otherwise it is a nice hotel with friendly staff and great food. Note that mobile internet signal was poor and the WiFi was next to useless, apparently it was the weather....... 3 jours très calme et tranquille

Bungalow 45 pendant 3 jours 2 nuits en amoureux. Très beau séjour calme et reposant dans cet hôtel qui se situe dans un endroit merveilleusement retiré : Le bois de Cise. Très bien pour les amateurs de randonnées, il permet de se positionner non loin de la Baie de Sommes (St Valerie et Le Crotoy) et proche de Le Tréport et de Mers les Bains. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et copieux limite Brunch. Le carte du restaurant pour le dîner ne nous a pas inspirée. Ne pas s'offusquer du fait d'être positionner dans un bâtiment secondaire. Ils ont tous leur charme. Nous le notre était comme une petite boîte à bijoux devant une vue magnifique.

Accueil déplorable

Nous avons été très déçues de notre passage dans cet hôtel. Nous avons eu droit aux bruits de marteau piqueur juste devant la porte de notre chambre le matin. Sachant qu'il y avait des travaux, on aurait peut être pu nous loger ailleurs ou alors il aurait été préférable de ne pas proposer à la réservation ces chambres. Nous avons dû charger les valises dans la voiture rapidement et partir car visiblement, nous gênions. Vu le prix des chambres c'est vraiment limite. Ce n'est pas parce-que nous venons hors saison que nous n'avons pas droit de venir pour nous reposer. Lorsque nous avons rendu les clés, nous avons eu la surprise de voir qu'on nous demandait de régler les petits déjeuner (50 euros tout de même) , que nous n'avions pas pris. La gérante est alors arrivée, peu aimable et nous a demandé : " êtes vous sûres de ne pas les avoir pris ?" Que veut dire cette question ? Une organisation différente permettrait d'éviter ce genre de sous entendus plus que fâcheux. Nous adorons l'environnement de cet hôtel mais l'accueil déplorable fait que nous ne reviendrons pas. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels et je n'ai jamais été traitée ainsi, même dans des hôtels peu chers. L'environnement et la déco des chambres ne fait pas tout. Un peu d'amabilité pour ceux qui font vivre votre établissement ne serait pas de trop
