"Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Von der Ausstattung her fehlt hier wirklich nichts. Und wenn auch manches schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, so war es trotzdem in Funktion. Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit den Gasherd, da wurde umgehend geholfen. Wir fanden es in diesem Haus sehr schön. "Nice property. short walk to the beach and the village. we were there in June and the weather was not great. still enough to do in the village. Smell from the paper factory was not a problem when we were there. The house is well equipped. and comfortable. room for 8 people to sleep. The beaches are fantastic and the village is very nice, its a very relaxing place and very safe."

La localisation est parfaite, prés des plages et proche de la place animée de Biscarrosse plage... mais la nuit, c'est très très bruyant. Dans l'annonce, il était mentionné qu'une place de parking était alloué à l'appartement et à notre arrivée pas de place... douche froide car c'est très compliqué de se garer à Biscarrosse Plage... Un jour, nous avons été réveillé à 9h pour une intervention d'EDF... l'agence avait oublié de nous...

"Very nice villa - Christelle was very accommodating. Short walk to beach, small supermarket and nice restaurant. Villa was very well equipped and spotless. We all loved the pool as well as beaches and lake nearby. Little to do in wet weather however."

"Better than expected, we feel the photos did not do the property justice. Very well equipped house, however a few things are looking tired and could do with being updated. The pool was excellent and was very much appreciated in the heatwave we had. The surrounding wooden decking needs refurbishing (you need to wear shoes around the pool to avoid splinters). Having said that we had a fabulous time and would most certainly recommend the property to others."

"Lovely property, and gardens with everything needed for an enjoyable family holiday. The location being just a short walk to the lake worked really well for us as did the layout of the rooms and large living area. It was exceptionally hot during our stay but we were always able to find some shade either on the deck or in the front or back gardens."

"This quiet, spacious gîte is located in the former stable of an old French manorhouse, between the corrals of a riding school and a huge lakeside park. For lovers of rural French countryside the place is ideal. The only downside is an intermittent odor from the Mimizan papermill several miles away; we noticed it on two days of our one-week stay.
