"We were a family group of 3 adults, 2 x 4yr olds and a 9yr old. An absolutely lovely villa in gorgeous surroundings. Pool is perfect, BBQ area is amazing and overall accommodation was fantastic! Local beach is so close and despite it being 43degrees was not crowded in the slightest! Local campsite has great bar/restaurant with mini golf, quad biking etc. Couldn’t figure the combi oven but we just BBQ’d everything! Supermarkets all within 10 mins drive so very handy. Mimizan was lovely 😊...

"The property was just right- had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and the outside area safe and well appointed. The pool was great and the 6 sun loungers made the decking area so useable. The kitchen had all the equipment and items needed and everything worked. It was easy to get to the Lake and the Beach. It was quiet and secluded. And the owner was easily contacted and replied swiftly to messages. "

"La maison est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix, elle est parfaitement adaptée à l'accueil d'un grand groupe (nombreuses douches et nombreux wc, grandes tables, salon convivial, ...). La maison est par ailleurs très agréable à vivre. La gestionnaire est flexible, disponible et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre ville. Le quartier est calme par ailleurs. Quelques points d'amélioration seraient toutefois...

"This quiet, spacious gîte is located in the former stable of an old French manorhouse, between the corrals of a riding school and a huge lakeside park. For lovers of rural French countryside the place is ideal. The only downside is an intermittent odor from the Mimizan papermill several miles away; we noticed it on two days of our one-week stay. "Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft und die Bemühungen des Vermieters waren toll. Das Haus war den Fotos entsprechend super eingerichtet. Leider gab es auch Mängel: defekte Klimaanlage die auch trotz Nachfrage nicht repariert wurde, defekter Dunstabzug, defekte Belüftung eines Badezimmers und einer Toilette. Bei Ankunft war das Haus besenrein aber gewiss nicht gereinigt. Ansonsten waren die Betten bei Ankunft bezogen und der Schlüssel trotz verfrühter Ankunft (12 Uhr) lag schon bereit. Der Garten...
