Small, rustic cottage "Carpe Diem", surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Guardiabella 6 km from the centre of Aurigo, 12 km from the centre of Pieve di Teco, 24 km from the centre of Imperia, in a secluded position on a slope, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. Garden furniture. 250 m long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 450 m, bus stop 6.2 km, railway station "Imperia" 30 km, pebble beach "Imperia" 30 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m.
"Carpe Diem", 3-room house 70 m2. Rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm), dining table, TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace. Bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Beautiful distant view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Rust en afgelegenheid in overvloed

Prettig en eigenaardig ingerichte afgelegen woning. Voorzien van alle gemakken maar wel eenvoudig. Ligt behoorlijk afgelegen (supermarkt 20 km) en heuvelachtig. Heerlijke grote tuin voor veel na zomeren met een wijntje. Schaarsgekleed kan hier ook want je zit hier helemaal vrij op een huis wat hoger gelegen na. Wandelen kan maar moet je wel echt opzoeken. Top pizza tent op ca 500 mtr afstand, liefst eet je daar iedere dag, echt puur Italiaans. Omgeving ideaal voor dorpse-autoritjes.

Super Urlaub in Ligurien

Ein sehr nettes Haus,sauber und liebevoll mit afrikanischen Elementen eingerichtet.Die Vermieterin ... war supernett und der Garten ist richtig groß.Wir durften im Garten alles ernten,was reif war...sprich jeden Tag frische Feigen vom Baum.Wir haben uns super erholt und auch die absolute Stille in den Bergen genossen. Unser Hund hatte genügend Freiraum und viele Schattenplätze zum chillen

Erholung pur in traumhafter Lage

Dieses sehr idyllisch gelegene Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und wir hatten 2 1/2 Wochen Erholung pur und tolle Ausflüge. Die Anreise zum Ferienhaus ist am Anfang sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Insbesondere für diejenigen, die enge und unübersichtliche italienische Bergstraßen nicht kennen. Zum Meer sind es immer ca. 30 Min. Fahrt aus den Bergen. Aufgrund der guten Lage empfehlen sich Ausflüge nach Monaco, Cannes, Nizza, St. Tropez, Genua und in die vielen schönen kleinen Bergdörfer.

We troffen een heel gezellig e...

We troffen een heel gezellig en sfeervol huis aan waar we allerhartelijkst zijn welkom geheten door de eigenares.Om de vrijstaande woning ligt een hele grote bloemrijke tuin met oa ligstoelen + grote parasol, BBQ–plek en terras met tuintafel en stoelen onder een schaduwrijke boom.De woning ligt afgelegen en het is daarom ook heerlijk stil. Het uitzicht op de heuvels is grandioos en 's nachts kan je de spiegeling van de maan zien in de Middellandse zee... Deze ligt zo'n ruim half uur rijden vanaf het huis. Naast de flora is er ook een rijke fauna. Er komt van alles langs (van hagedissen tot een soort eekhoorn en een scala aan bijzondere insecten) onze jongens vonden dat allemaal wel interessant ;–)Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp is Aurigo en ligt op zo'n 12min rijden en heeft enkele kleine winkeltjes. Pieve di Teco heeft al wat meer verschillende winkeltjes maar voor de grote boodschappen moet je naar Imperia.De extra kosten vallen reuze mee, zo'n €15 a 20 aan electrakosten per week in de zomer. Reistips: 1. De Middellandse zee kust –er zijn hier talrijke gratis (zand)stranden waarvan we San Stefano di Mare de mooiste vonden. Hier kan je veilig zwemmen en snorkelen(!) ook met kleine kinderen.2. Een bezoekje aan Monaco is heel leuk om te doen... Vergapen aan de bolides voor het casino / F1 circuit.3. Lekker eten in Imperia zowel aan de kust als in het oude centrum van San Mauritius.4. De natuur is prachtig dus een aantal (auto)tochten in de omgeving is zeker de moeite waard. Mooie natuur én gave vergezichten

Riesiges Grundstück, man kann ...

Riesiges Grundstück, man kann sowohl im Garten als auch im Wald sitzen. Man sollte sich aber über nächtliches Gegrunze von Wildschweinen nicht wundern und unbedingt Mückenschutz für den Garten mitnehmen. Schönes, individuell gestaltetes Haus und sehr sehr nette Vermieterin.Da das Haus sehr abgelegen ist, sollte man sich am Anreisetag auf der Fahrt dahin schon mit Lebensmitteln etc. eindecken.
