"Our check-in experience was very disappointing. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful from the start. When she asked if we had ever stayed at the hotel before and we said no, she offered very little information. We weren’t even told where the elevators were and ended up walking the wrong way. When we asked where the gym was located, she said it was on the lower level. When we asked where the lower level was, she simply repeated “the lower level,” without any explanation or direction. It felt like we were a bother and interrupting her day rather than being welcomed as guests. The interaction was very off‑putting and made the rest of the experience at the hotel feel uncomfortable. I would probably never stay here again."

"Pros:The front desk people were always amazing!! So welcoming and helpful. The cooks and breakfast were great! Again very friendly and great selection for food. Cons:The pool never had towels in the towel area. The tv was a pain to connect to. But eventually we got it sorted. Overall great stay. Great space and great people!"

"I did not like the surprise of $10 per day parking, which was not disclosed when I made my reservation. Ridiculous charge for a parking lot that was never full, even on Raster weekend, Rip off for parking charge. "

"Clean rooms and common areas. Friendly and professional staff. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy freeway access for travel to and from. Would definitely stay again!"
