Probably picked the wrong days to stay here - as pretty darn noisy at night (even in hotel) - because of crowd from Lollapolza. But - staff were lovely - coffee in the am was great! We will definitely stay again!!

I booked a room with the water view, when I checked in I asked before I get the key, Is it a water view. They told me it is. I show up in my room and it’s not the room I booked. I called the front desk and they’re telling me we apologize all of the rooms are booked with the water view. They also said booking a water view room doesn’t guarantee a water view room even though I paid extra for a water view room! Never going to stay there again for sure.

"Just be aware there is no fridge and no microwave in your room! We packed a cooler and brought our own food that way. They charge $50 a night for incidentals, and you can use the incidentals to pay for bar and food. Overall a nice hotel and quiet comfortable stay!"
