"Dinner option was just a terrible buffet only at a very high cost. Staff didn’t give info that guests can walk out to eat at the airport restaurants accessible without requiring a boarding pass. No water bottles in the room. No creamer for coffee or tea. No one to help with luggage. Worst hotel."

"For most this will be a non issue, but the TVs are quite old, and they have overhauled them with their own hotel interface, unfortunately for a tech head like me it made it harder to connect devices. They have Chromecast, but you'd better prey your device has it. The safe wouldnt work, and even the phone in the room (the style over substance red phone) would ring but when you picked up it wouldn't answer. The smart tech in the room seemed to have a life of its own, opening and shutting blinds to its own accord. Also the air con gets so loud it was hard to sleep, but I am particularly sensitive. The breakfast was nice, seemed to cater to the fried breakfast and cold meat crowd. Cereal was there, but lots of dried fruits instead of more fresh ones."

"(deluxe apartment) firstly, It isn’t mentioned in the description but you have to pay a holding deposit on arrival. There is also no information about how to check in prior the day, when you arrive to the hotel you have to call a number to get your room key. The hotel expects you to clean the room before you leave otherwise you will be charged a cleaning fee. The walls are thin - we heard arguing next door which went on for ages. There was also no bathroom hand towels or mats. Secondly, I looked at google reviews before and got really worried due to the bad reviews, in all honesty it isn’t that awful. It’s in a good location and if you aren’t expecting a comfortable hotel then you will be fine!"

"Arrived at hotel 12:45am after long flight, hotel staff informed there is no room available without providing a reason. There were at least 4 other parties waiting. Requested to see manager who was hiding in the back room. Waited for more than 2 hours and after persistent requests to refund us our money so we can book other hotels, their staff miraculously announced there are suddenly rooms available. This is absolutely horrible to make your guests wait for 2+ hours without proper reason, especially when there are rooms available since the beginning. Stay at your own discretion"

"The front desk staff were quite helpful. Free coffee was excellent. Proximity to TOYEN metro and to "Clean Cocos" laundromat are major pluses. Uber / Bolt rides may decline pickup from Hotel for a drop to Central (too close and fare is low). Metro is a great way to get around. Visit "Hand Bakt" about 300 mètres from the hotel on the same road for freshly baked products. Would definitely stay here again."
