"Lovely gite, nice couple very friendly but unfortunately whilst decor etc was lovely for me the basics need tweaking a bit ie: no freeze box, no blinds in the bedrooms, no WiFi and I had to climb into the bath to set the taps for the children to have a shower/bath which I found quite difficult with an arthritic hip. On the plus side there is a full size cooker, microwave and a washing machine so I was able to go home with a clean suitcase of washing. There were dvds to watch, bikes to ride and...

"After initially staying for 10 days we then went to the Dordogne for a week. I wish we’d have stayed here the whole time! Still you live and learn. The gite is very clean, well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space to park your car. I have to say I’m a bit fussy, bringing my own bedding and towels but I didn’t need them here. The pristine white bedding and towels were changed every 5 days. "Ideally situated out of the village in lovely peaceful grounds & rural sorroundings, yet convinient for local supermarket / fuel & bar/restaurant. If you want a "Traditional French experience" then this is it with top marks. The Gite is ideally furnished & very very Comfortuble.The ambience of it, wonderful, whether morning, noon or night. "We had a wonderful welcome with Valerie and Yves, The gite was very clean and furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The pool was very well kept and available whenever we needed it. The village was very quiet and very well-kept with lots of easy walks if that’s what you want. It was only 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket and seven minutes to the nearest restaurant with several good restaurants within an easy drive. We enjoyed it thoroughly and hope to return."
