"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. "Very clean, spacious room. Surprisingly well-appointed kitchenette. Friendly front desk staff with good English. Not in the city centre but not too far away and very close to the airport (10mins in an Uber). Supermarkets and a couple of eating options nearby but it's mostly a residential area.
