**Unit 1** is a fabulous 2100 sq. ft. townhome-style pad that's tailor-made for big groups. Here’s what awaits you:
- Downstairs: A chef’s dream kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a handy half bath.
- Upstairs: Five bedrooms (with up to 13 beds!) and three full bathrooms. Perfect for catching Z's after a day of fun.
**Bonus:** Your unit overlooks our lush garden and venue area. Enjoy the serenity of our space knowing that any onsite music performances happen only on weekends.
Your stay includes access to:
- **A Refreshing Pool:** A small but sweet oasis, great for cooling off. Private pool time is available for 3-hour slots daily!

Need more room? No problem! We have two other units (Unit 2 & 3) just like Unit 1, and they can be combined with retractable walls for even more space. Units 4 & 5 are single-level suites with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and Unit 5 even has a private patio!

- **Parking:** Limited on-site spots (3) available first-come, first-served. Plenty of metered street parking around.
- **Proximity:** We’re steps away from East 6th’s best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. A short walk or drive will get you to historic 6th Street, Rainey Street, and South Congress.
