Disliked: Check-in, communication
The manager was perfectly nice when we interacted with her, however her staff was not helpful & did not communicate with each other properly, leaving us confused & upset. The door to our room was not working properly after we had been out for the evening & came back to go to sleep. We were told to wait in another room for maintenance to come so that we could get our stuff out of our original room. We were told this would take about 30 minutes, however after waiting for an hour & calling the front desk, there was a different employee on staff who had no idea what we were talking about. We then had to wait another 30 minutes while she got the manager to come on site & open the door for us to get our stuff & move into the new room. The employee tried to tell us it was our fault & that we were going to have to pay for damage on the door even though we didn't do anything outside of normal opening/closing of the door. Thankfully the manager was super kind & understanding & got us settled into our new room. The price was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for but won't be staying here again.
