Staff was very friendly. Every place in this hotel was clean. We especially liked the drinks and food at the bar. If I had to find any complaint at all, it would just be that the mattress was a little soft for my taste. Otherwise an excellent day. And enjoyed the complementary drinks at the bar.

The hotel is very nice and clean. But we had to listen to a broken elevator knocking up and down non-stop all 6 days we were there. We talked to 4 people during the course of our stay before it got someone’s attention. They did give us a partial refund. Very convenient to UT and The Moody Center.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! We stayed for the weekend for a concert at the Moody Center and the close proximity made it easier to walk back afterwards. The rooms were kept clean, the robes were nice, and we even got vouchers for a free cocktail at the bar downstairs. Definitely would recommend.
