This gorgeous 3 bedroom / 3 full bath home is a gem in the heart of the sought after Travis Heights neighborhood. Just a few blocks walk from South Congress, anything and everything you might need is right at your fingertips. Perfect for a family vacation, a festival weekend or longer term stay, the house has an open concept living room, open to both the kitchen and dining area. The downstairs also features a full bathroom, a large office with a regularly serviced upright piano, a separate laundry room, as well as a large coat and storage closet.
Upstairs are three bedrooms as well as an open nook area, perfect for cozy reading, or for the kids to play with magna-tiles and Duplos. The primary bedroom features a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed w/ a large closet and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for children (foam bumpers for these beds are in the bedroom’s closet if needed.) Off street parking and a fenced yard make for a comfortable and convenient stay, as well as two indigenous Live Oak trees in the front and back of the house. The brand new private back patio includes a gorgeous dining and entertaining area, underneath dimmable bistro lights just steps from the covered wrap-around back porch with porch swing, sitting area, dimmable lights and ceiling fans.
This home is just blocks from a wonderful park, Little Stacey park, and during the spring/summer months, the Little Stacey Wading pool. Perfect for young kids.
