The bedrooms feature 1 king bed with en suite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom with detached full bathroom and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and also has an en suite bathroom. All mattresses are brand new.

Three covered patios provide ample space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Living room has a 65 inch tv with all the streaming services you would need. The home features a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living. The chef’s kitchen has floor to ceiling custom cabinetry and includes top of the line appliances. Relax in the amazing living spaces and take advantage of the Google Fiber super fast Wi-Fi. The home is stocked with various board games, corn hole and a ping pong table to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

We LOVED staying at Kate’s property. It was very spacious for 6 of us with room to spare. The outdoor areas were well kept and a perfect spot to hang out. Having 3 bathrooms was super helpful for a large group. And Kate was incredibly kind and communicative both before and throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back next year!
