Our room looked NOTHING like the photos. 3 travelers (one adult and two teens) got put into a room with one king bed and a couch. Two towels. No on-site management after 6:PM. Check-in... when we arrived we discovered the facility is actually an apartment complex which contracts vacant apartments out for temp lodging. Our room info and lock code had not been sent to us so we couldn't access our room. The receptionist had absolutely no info on our reservation -- regardless, she (Ashley) was PHENOMENAL at helping make several phone calls to Hotels.com and Boulevard to resolve the issue. The check-in was a train wreck, and the room left a LOT to be desired considering the price. C'mon Hotels.com... do better.
