Convenient stay - short walk to Rainey!

Loved our stay! We came to town to celebrate my birthday weekend and had a great time. Loved the scenic views and wished to have enjoyed the pool a bit more. The only downside was the cockroaches on the rooftop pool. It happened on night one of our stay so that was a bummer.

Spacious and Amazing View

This spot was very roomy and could easily be comfy for 4 or more. We were just a couple so had fun and one floor up was the pool! Cool views from all windows.

50th BDay BBQ Trail

Unit was as described, great location! It was cute & view was awesome. If brining a vehicle, valet parking attendees were awesome but $40/day plus tip seems steep & there was never any available street parking in evening. Just something to consider when budgeting cost of trip. Close drive to all the BBQ places my husband had planned.

A new experience

This was the first time that we had stayed in such a high-rise, so the experience was new and exciting :-) the location and people were very helpful and friendly. There were a few things wrong in the room, but they tried to resolve it as they could.

Surreal Experience!

My entire experience at Natiivo was nothing short of perfect! The unit was exactly like the pictures and the views were mesmerizing! The unit came equipped with hygiene essentials as well as cleaning supplies which was a plus. The unit was well kept and the layout/design was beautiful. Location was perfect as well. Fabulous DT Austin Condo

Natiivo was even better than I expected! They were very communicative and even with a late evening arrival, check-in was smooth. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The wi-fi worked great and there were tons of channels to choose from on the tv. The unit we stayed in was a corner unit on the 32nd floor, the views were gorgeous anytime of day and we loved being just one flight of stairs away from the pool and club area. We used the yoga studio and gym, they had some good workout equipment. I also liked having a coffee shop/wine bar in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly...from other residents making small chat with my daughter and I in the elevators to the front desk staff. The location is great as well, you are close to the lake trail and close to Rainey Street. We used ride shares to get all over town and never seemed to cost us more than $10 as everything was so close. I would love to visit Austin again and will definitely stay here when I do.

Majors Issues that have hopefully been rectified

Vacasa responded professionally but after the stay ended with major inconveniences. No working kitchen (microwave OR refrigerator and freezer). Lost all food for New Years Day, not even an ice machine in the building. This said the BUILDING is fantastic, great view for fireworks, great location. If the unit owners return this rental to functional it would be a great rental.
