Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Austin! This inviting fully renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath offers clean, comfort and convenience. This condo is ideally located, with all of Austin's main attractions about 15-minute drive away. Surrounded by a diverse range of restaurants offering or a fully stocked kitchen, we've thought of everything. Whether you want to zip through the nearby Austin attractions, or you want a cozy quiet night, or a movie night we got you covered!

This cozy airy space has a modern boho decor throughout the lower level which you immediately take in when walking into the living room. You have a comfortable couch seating 4. with a chic side chair facing it. Accompanied by a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliance, and all the pots and seasoning you can use. The dinning room table fits 4 comfortably where it faces the I Love You So Much famous Austin art wall, there are also 2 barstools available for use. Right next to the stairwell there is a small half bathroom. Once you head up the stairs you'll be greeted by a plush queen size bed with a 70 inch TV. The room to the left has a comfy pull out bed that sleeps 4, along with a builtin projector. Toward the left corner of the room is a office with a hanging monitor. The fully renovated bathroom has a movable shower-head with different pressures. Come make your next stay in this Cozy Chic Austin nest, where you'll everything and more at your fingertips!

There is free parking right next to the condo, along with multiple parking spaces. Street parking is allowed. The condo has self checkin access

Great Spot!

Great spot, fairly central to a lot of must visit places. Love that the hosts take the time to outline places to check out nearby the space in their info booklet, and the rooms are comfy and clean. Communication was thorough and they made checkout a breeze!
