The room was mostly clean except for the shower. It had some black mildew around the edges of the shower, so it could have been better. The curtains are rather old and hard to close and open, need some updating. The property is in a nice and safe area, just lots of construction. But this is not something the property can control. Had a very restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great job!

i stayed in the second floor, the room was disgusting, as soon as i walked in it smelled so bad. it was extremely humid the beds and the walls felt wet. the ac was SOOO LOUD, we left the ac running on 66 the whole time and everytime we got back the humidity and smell wouldnt change. woke up w a sore throat the following day, looked around bc the humidity and smell made it so uncomfortable and i saw there was mold on all the lampshades, sides of the bed and windows. not sure if we just got a bad room or something, but id never go back. the staff was nice and the breakfast area was clean, the food was okay, just regular eggs potatoes waffles and cereal.

I've stayed at this hotel 2x and this stay was better than the 1st time. It is very affordable and they offer breakfast which is an absolute plus. The staff was very helpful when needed and we had no issues outside of not having liquid body wash, but instead they had bar soap. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Will continue to use this hotel when I come to Austin.

Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly couldn’t wait to leave. The property itself isn’t terrible—the location is convenient, it felt safe and was quiet, and the room had a decent amount of space. I also appreciated having parking, a microwave, and a fridge. However, the lack of cleanliness completely ruined the stay for me and my partner. Every time we walked into the room, we were hit with a really disturbing odor. There were stains everywhere—on the carpet, bathroom, shower, curtains, walls, light switches, etc. Even the elevators were dirty. The room had AC, but it still felt extremely humid, which may have been contributing to the smell. Even the bed felt humid. I didn’t even feel clean after showering and wasn’t comfortable setting my clothes down on most surfaces or even using the towels provided. I ended up going out and buying Lysol and Clorox wipes just to feel a little better. They also don’t provide many toiletries, which wasn’t a big issue for me, but it’s something to keep in mind. This hotel was on the more affordable side, but even considering the price, it was difficult to feel comfortable with how dirty the room felt. The staff was friendly enough, although I wouldn’t expect exceptional service. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it. If the hotel put more effort into thoroughly and properly cleaning the rooms and common areas, it could be a significantly more worthwhile place to stay.
